Tell us about your journey at GAVS.
I joined as a Senior Associate where my expertise was into UI/UX Engineering, I can say throughout this journey I can strategically place myself in a role that brings great benefit to the company.
I started using my Design expertise in my Project and the highlight of this journey is, I have been given an opportunity to enrich the UI interface of GAVelover different milestones. I have not restricted myself only to the project which I was working on, I was also pitching into all the other Products in GAVS to redesign the UI.
Here at GAVS, I had the opportunity of working with people across different projects and have learnt so much from my interactions with them. Through the journey of my 4 years here, I have grown to be more confident and very eager to face new challenges.
The balance between two homes which I was looking for and I am really feel happy that I found it. GAVS truly believes in work life integration, and understands the priorities of women, while bringing the best out of us.
Describe some interesting work you have done
When I joined GAVS, GAVeL (An AIOPS Platform) was my first project and I was engaged in using my Design skills to enhance the first version of UI and it really made me happy when I got appreciation from the client. I was also engaged for a banking client, which gave me a great exposure towards AIOPS, and got an opportunity to showcase my UX Skills with Design thinking.

Very difficult choice, I think I would have been anentrepreneur and would have running a business on Interior Designing.
Studies suggest that women have an upper hand in terms of empathy, communication skills, patience, systematic, and understanding customer markets. Ability to multitask makes women effective team managers. This enables diverse thought processes and approaches to the problems. To augment these attributes, we have programs that celebrate women at GAVS, through #IAmValued.
