GAVS Technologies today announced the availability of its Customer Data Platform proof of concept service on Microsoft AppSource, an online cloud marketplace providing tailored line-of-business solutions and consulting services.
The 10-week proof of concept involves GAVS Technologies’ Rhodium Framework, powered by Microsoft Azure Blockchain Service and Microsoft Power Platform. The Rhodium Framework enables customer master data management and blockchain-based customer consent management for regulatory compliance (CCPA and GDPR). The framework, which can be customized and implemented effortlessly, is highly cost-effective and low-maintenance. There is no capital investment or software licensing costs since it runs entirely on Azure. Because it’s built on the low-code application platform Microsoft Power Apps, implementations can be rapidly customized.
Today’s businesses have to satisfy two contrasting needs when it comes to customer insights. On one hand, they have to know more about their customer, in the form of a 360-degree view of various customer-related info from multiple sources, and then use AI-based modeling for predicting customer behavior as well as to take decisions on customer interactions. On the other hand, businesses must respect the privacy needs of the customer and enable them to control their own data, with transparency in the decisions made about them using AI models (Explainable AI).
