Rahul has over 25 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, engineering and general management. He has held sales leadership roles for products and services at large organizations such as Tech Mahindra, ElectrifAi, Accelerite and Motorola and has also built revenues from the ground-up at few startups. Most recently, he was Chief Revenue Officer at ElectrifAi, which provides pre-built machine learning solutions for enterprises globally. Prior roles included SVP sales at Tech Mahindra where he oversaw their communications technology practice, as SVP sales he headed their mobile and telecom practice and was part of the founding team of Accelerite, and during a long stint at Motorola, he held leadership positions in business development, product management and engineering for telecom infrastructure and services.
Rahul is also a respected M&A and turnaround leader having acquired and led businesses from HP and Intel. He brings this entrepreneurial spirit and drive to push boundaries and scale our business for impact. He leads with empathy and is passionate about growing employees into high performance teams.
Ajai an accomplished and seasoned business leader who believes in profitable growth by laying the foundation for innovative partnerships to help the customers serve their end-customers better. In his career, Ajai has worked with leading organizations including Persistent Systems, Tech Mahindra and the HCL Group. In his last role, Ajai was part of the executive management team at Persistent and was responsible for global growth of the organization via channels like Alliances, Private Equity and Analyst/Advisors. Earlier, Ajai was heading the Engineering Services for Americas at Tech Mahindra.
Ajai was the VP and Global Head of HCL ERS Verticals & Mid-Market (VMM) segment. Under his leadership, VMM business segment became one of the fastest growing segments within HCL. He has held multiple leadership positions across business strategy & management, customer management, and sales.

Suman Mishra joins us with 20+ years of rich experience in Healthcare, Financial and Pharmaceutical industries. Suman is a well-recognized leader for his many contributions to the healthcare and technology arena. For the past 13 years, he has been leading many healthcare initiatives that has had a profound impact on technology modernization and member health outcome. Some of his key accomplishments include establishment of Medicare Advantage Encounter Data Submission platform, enterprise cloud migration, rolling out symptom checker chatbots in six regions and most recently establishment of Health Condition Management solution to manage and improve members’ chronic and episodic conditions. Suman’s current focus has been on usage of AI in building healthcare solutions.
Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Suman was part of the technology group in Visa and led key initiatives on multi- National Data Consolidation that involved consolidation of data across 5 continents and 45 banks. He also played a key role in building next generation commercial card data processing platform.
Suman holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, and his passion to transform the healthcare industry stems from his family who are medical professionals (his mom is an ophthalmologist and Dad, a pediatrician).

Deepak has held leadership roles in various industries across India, China, US, Europe and South Asia with some of the leading companies in the world like GE and JCB Group.
Deepak has been a CFO with GE Energy, CFO for the GE Satyam JV, and he led that initiative as the Chief Integration Officer, he was the CFO for Genpact at Netherlands and was the Chief Integration Officer for that M&A for Genpact. He was the Asia Pacific Controller for GE Industrial and Consumer with a key focus on M&A and divestiture. He was with GE Group for almost 18 years.
He was the CFO of JCB, a British firm that is a world leader in construction equipment, for 4 years, and Deepak was involved with the business unit that contributed the highest percentage of EBITDA for JCB Global. His last engagement was with an exciting US-based technology company, Datavant-Ciox focused on Healthcare Technologies.
Sangeeta Malkhede heads our global HR team. A senior HR leader with strong convictions, values, and experiences, she has an innovative approach towards HR practice and has previous leadership roles at companies like Patni Computer Systems, CSS Corp, Matrimony.com and Team Lease Services Ltd, where she drove overall HR to drive Culture of Performance, Building Leadership Talent, Organization Effectiveness, Change Management and Employee Engagement etc. One of her primary focus areas as Head of HR is to drive a customer-first mindset in employees and programs, enhancing work productivity and engagement.
Sangeeta is an avid reader and a keen observer of human behavior. She enjoys playing & following Badminton, Tennis and Cricket, has a passion for cooking, travelling and hydroponic farming. She firmly believes that “people are the key to building a successful organization” and thus strives to create strategic HR that aligns with business vision and goals.
Guru heads the US Sales and is based out of Chicago. He is responsible for the overall business development, customer acquisition, customer engagement, customer growth and client services for GAVS’ growing list of clientele and stakeholders in the US. Guru has over 20 plus years of business leadership experience across industries and geographies. He joined GAVS from a cloud services startup, where he was the Managing Partner. Prior to that, he was the Vice President and part of the Leadership Team at iGate Corp and was responsible for multiple industry verticals.
He is also experienced in marketing and has driven marketing for global companies like Coca-Cola and Asian Paints.He has expertise in engaging with global 2000 CXOs, building businesses through client engagement, building value based relationships and crafting solutions that addresses client business problems. He holds an engineering degree and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from IIM Bangalore, India.His interests include writing blogs on various technology and business issues. Guru is a passionate trekker and a runner and has participated in several marathons and trekked in various regions of the world.
Chandra heads the IMS practice at GAVS. He has around 25+ years of rich experience in IT Infrastructure Management, enterprise applications design & development and incubation of new products / services in various industries. He was with Genpact earlier, where he had served as CTO for about 7 years before becoming the leader of IP Creation. He had built a new virtual desktop service called LeanDeskSM for Genpact, from ‘concept’ to ‘commercialization’.
He has also created a patent for a mistake proofing application called ‘Advanced Command Interface”. He thinks ahead and his implementation of ‘disk based backup using SAN replication’ in one of his previous organizations as early as in 2005 is a proof of his visionary skills. Chandra is a graduate in Electronics and communication engineering.
Chandra once an avid reader, always sees things from a completely new perspective. He brings those new perspectives in his writing. He wrote about the feelings of a ‘self-respecting’ individual who was caught between waters and survival during the floods in 2015. He captured the feelings of an upcoming fast bowler when Phil Hughes died from a bouncer from Sean Abbott. Against everyone’s wish and prayer, he wrote why Tendulkar should stop at 99 centuries and not try 100. He has plenty of such short stories to write, but not finding time to write them. He has reserved all of them for ‘post retirement’ life. He loves cooking, housekeeping and helping his wife in the morning hours. He jokes his wife hates cricket as much as he loves it.
Shenoy is responsible for managing the financial reporting, business finance, financial governance and compliance functions at GAVS. He has over 20years of experience in various aspects of finance. His key strengths are strategic and financial planning, budgeting and internal control, cash flow monitoring, profit monitoring, and administration.
He holds an MBA in Finance and a Certification in General Management from IIM Ahmedabad. Prior to GAVS, he was with Computer Sciences Corporation India for almost 20 years, where he started as a Finance and Account Executive and progressed into various strategic roles including the Controllership of Finance in CSC, India.
Shenoy is a huge cricket fan and cricket keeps him busy during the weekends. He enjoys travelling when he finds the time, and partying with his friends.
Balaji has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, across application value management, infrastructure management, BPO and Strategic Operations handling, P&L, Delivery, Operations and customer relations across multiple verticals which includes Information Services, Retail & Hospitality, Media & Publishing, Manufacturing & Logistics, and Consumer goods. Balaji has played various roles across geographies viz., USA, Continental Europe, and Asia Pacific, through his previous stints at Patni Computers, L&T Infotech, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Virtusa Software Solution Limited.
Balaji’s enthusiasm, energy and client focus is a rare gift, and he plays a key role in bringing new clients into GAVS. Balaji heads the Delivery and passionately works on Customer delight. He says work is worship for him, and enjoys watching cricket, listening to classical music and visiting temples.
Sumit is the CEO of GAVS Technologies. He is also on the board of a few technology companies.
He has been in the Information Technology industry for the last 25+ years and is fascinated with the new trends in technologies in Predictive Analytics, AI, Automation, etc.. and is promoting some of these competencies at GAVS. Sumit is a strong proponent of Culture in the corporate world, and believes, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast”. The leadership team at GAVS and Sumit would like to create a company of “Purpose” within GAVS and espouse the values of Respect, Integrity, Trust and Empathy through their business interactions.
He is an Award-Winning Author of a Book, ‘Success Breakthrough’, that he co-authored with Jack Canfield of the Chicken Soup of the Soul series and other authors. He recently (a couple of weeks ago) won the ‘ET NOW Business Leader of the Year (Technology), and he was selected by the Times Group as óne the ‘Top 50 most promising leaders in Asia’.
In the past, he has been the Head of M&A, Consulting and Global Sales for a publicly-traded (NASDAQ) IT Services company and has been the CEO of a publicly listed company. He has pursued a JV with GE and has engaged with GE for over 15 years. He is an Electrical Engineer and has a PG in Management from IIM Kolkata and an Advanced Professional Certificate from Stern School of Management, NYU. He has done an OPM Executive Program at HBS. He has been an Adjunct Professor teaching Executive MBA and Part-time MBA students at Rutgers University, State University of New Jersey. He is one of the founding charter members of TiE NJ/Phily and has been a guest speaker at various industry forums, Universities and MBA schools.
Individually and through GAVS, Sumit has been involved in various community service activities, and actively pursues tennis, golf and gym activities.
