India Sales Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Identify target markets, assess customer needs, and define sales goals and metrics. Continuously evaluate and adjust the sales strategy to optimize results.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential customers, and expand the customer base. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market positioning. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and reporting. Implement sales processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Understand their needs, provide solutions, and address any issues or concerns. Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions. Provide market insights and feedback to the executive team.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts and drive overall company growth. Provide input on product enhancements, pricing strategies, and customer requirements based on market feedback.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and analyze sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and drive continuous sales improvement.
