Experience: 7-12 years

Must HaveSkills:

·       Manual QA(Must be a strong QA)

·       Extensiveexperience of testing UC applications / solutions such as – UCaaS, ConferenceSolution, Contact Center solutions etc.

·       Must havestrong experience of testing mobile (Android, iOS) and desktop (Windows, Mac)applications

·       Should havegood communication skills

·       Pro-activeness,sense of ownership is crucial

Job Description :

·       Carry outthorough functional and non-functional (load, performance) testing of mobileand web applications

·       Write testcases, review test cases, provide test estimations, execute test runs in Jira /Zephyr, mark test cases Pass/Fail

·       Raise bugswith detailed information, Collaborate with other teams on defect triage

·       Performregression testing, bug fix verification

·       Provide QAGo/No-Go for the build before it is released

·       Documentationof test cases, test reports

·       Send daily QAstatus to customer stakeholders

·       Timely reportrisks, blocker / critical issues to respective stakeholders
