Job Summary:

As a SNOW Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in configuring, implementing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations, ensuring smooth implementation and optimal utilization of the platform.


•Work closely with clients to gather requirements, understand business processes, and identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow effectively.

•Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough analysis to gather and document functional and technical requirements for the implementation.

•Solution Design: Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and other ITSM/ITIL and ITOM modules to align with client needs.

•Customization: Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages to meet specific business requirements.

•Configuration and Customization of CMDB: Configure ServiceNow CMDB module based on requirements, including defining CI classes, relationships, attributes, and data normalization.

•Implementation & Integration: Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and third-party applications.

•Best Practice Implementation: Ensure adherence to best practices and standards including but not limited to CMDB configuration, data modeling, data quality, data validation and governance.

•Workflow Development: Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and other platform configurations to automate and streamline processes.

•Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security standards are met.

•Training & Documentation: Provide training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.

•Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow solutions based on user feedback and changing business needs.

•Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with ServiceNow updates, industry trends, and best practices to suggest and implement continuous improvements to the platform and services.


•Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and administration.

•Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages. Knowledge of ITIL processes is a must.

•Previous experience in a consulting role, interacting with clients, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and propose effective solutions.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, understand their needs, and convey technical information clearly.

•Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

•ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) are highly desirable.

Education and Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

•5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation and consulting roles.
