Deepak has been a CFO with GE Energy, CFO for the GE Satyam JV, and he led that initiative as the Chief Integration Officer, he was the CFO for Genpact at Netherlands and was the Chief Integration Officer for that M&A for Genpact. He was the Asia Pacific Controller for GE Industrial and Consumer with a key focus on M&A and divestiture. He was with GE Group for almost 18 years.
He was the CFO of JCB, a British firm that is a world leader in construction equipment, for 4 years, and Deepak was involved with the business unit that contributed the highest percentage of EBITDA for JCB Global. His last engagement was with an exciting US-based technology company, Datavant-Ciox focused on Healthcare Technologies.

Mr. Pitts served as the vice chairman of Tenet Healthcare Corporation from 2013 until 2019. He joined Tenet from Vanguard Health Systems, where he also served as vice chairman. Prior to joining Vanguard, he served as the chairman and chief executive officer of Mariner Post-Acute Network, a post-acute services group that operated nursing homes, long-term acute-care hospitals, sub-acute assisted living facilities, and institutional pharmacies and provided therapy and rehabilitation staffing services. In addition, Mr. Pitts served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer for OrNda HealthCorp, a predecessor of Tenet. Prior to joining OrNda, he was a consultant to healthcare organizations, including as a partner in Ernst & Young’s healthcare consulting practice. He is a member in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of CPAs, and served three terms as the chairman of the Federation of American Hospitals (FAH), the industry association that represents investor-owned hospitals. Mr. Pitts is a CPA and has a B.S. in business administration from the University of Florida.

Pramod Bhasin is an Operating Partner at Kedaara Capital, an India-focused private equity firm. Pramod’s career spans a professional and entrepreneurial journey in Financial Services and Business Process Management across the globe.
He founded Genpact, a global leading company in Business Process Management, in 1997 and was its President & CEO till June 2011. Under his leadership, Genpact pioneered in the BPO industry in many countries including India and China; its market capitalization grew from US $500 million in 2005 to over US $3.5 billion when he retired. Genpact is acknowledged today as the leader in its industry with over 75,000 employees across 17 countries and over US $2 billion in revenues.
Prior to Genpact, his career with GE Capital spanned 25 years across the US, UK and Asia. He was earlier the CEO of GE Capital in India & Asia and prior to that worked with GE Capital in Stamford, CT in the Leveraged Buy Out group.
In September 2016, Pramod along with partners acquired the businesses of GE Capital – India, now known as Clix Capital. He is the Chairman of Clix Capital, which is a broad based NBFC, focused on providing digital platforms and financial services to commercial companies and consumers across India.

Sumit is a strong proponent of Culture in the corporate world, and believes, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast”. The leadership team at GS Lab | GAVS and Sumit would like to create a company of “Purpose” within GS Lab | GAVS and espouse the values of Respect, Integrity, Trust and Empathy through their business interactions.
He is an Award-Winning Author of a Book, ‘Success Breakthrough’, that he co-authored with Jack Canfield of the Chicken Soup of the Soul series and other authors. Nandan Sudarsanam is a faculty member in the Department of Management Studies and a core member of the Robert Bosch Center for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (RBCDSAI) at IIT Madras. He earned his PhD from the Engineering Systems Division at MIT, following which, he worked as a quantitative researcher for five years at a high-frequency algorithmic trading firm in New York. His research and work experience focuses on applications of experimentation, machine learning and the abstraction of data to models and algorithms. This spans data and problems across different domains, including but not limited to finance, urban mobility, digital platforms, civic services, and criminology. He publishes in premier machine learning conferences as well as peer-reviewed journals in engineering and applied statistics.

With extensive experience in the technology sector, Shreeranganath, known professionally as SK, has held various leadership roles in prominent organizations. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at Birlasoft, where he led global delivery, operations, and oversaw enabling functions. Before that, he was Managing Director heading the Financial Services Technology division at Accenture. SK also served as Location Head for Cognizant Pune, where he managed the largest relationship and spearheaded infrastructure business setup and M&A of captive of large bank. He also oversaw Cognizant’s Pune Development Center alongside his business portfolio. Additionally, he led the Europe business for the UK portfolio at Cognizant, driving significant growth.
Earlier in his career, SK led the Healthcare portfolio at Infosys and served as Location Head for Infosys Pune. He also held various senior roles in Infosys, including the position of Development Center Head for Infosys Pune.
His expertise spans technology delivery, sales, and client relationships and has played a pivotal role in anchoring mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in managing technology services, sales, client engagements, and strategic business units. SK has a proven track record of managing relationships with Fortune 500 and Wall Street clients across various geographies, including North America, UK, Europe, Asia Pacific, and emerging markets.

Suman Mishra joins us with 20+ years of rich experience in Healthcare, Financial and Pharmaceutical industries. Suman is a well-recognized leader for his many contributions to the healthcare and technology arena. For the past 13 years, he has been leading many healthcare initiatives that has had a profound impact on technology modernization and member health outcome. Some of his key accomplishments include establishment of Medicare Advantage Encounter Data Submission platform, enterprise cloud migration, rolling out symptom checker chatbots in six regions and most recently establishment of Health Condition Management solution to manage and improve members’ chronic and episodic conditions. Suman’s current focus has been on usage of AI in building healthcare solutions. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Suman was part of the technology group in Visa and led key initiatives on multi- National Data Consolidation that involved consolidation of data across 5 continents and 45 banks. He also played a key role in building next generation commercial card data processing platform.

Sangeeta Malkhede heads our global HR team. A senior HR leader with strong convictions, values, and experiences, she has an innovative approach towards HR practice and has previous leadership roles at companies like Patni Computer Systems, CSS Corp, Matrimony.com and Team Lease Services Ltd, where she drove overall HR to drive Culture of Performance, Building Leadership Talent, Organization Effectiveness, Change Management and Employee Engagement etc. One of her primary focus areas as Head of HR is to drive a customer-first mindset in employees and programs, enhancing work productivity and engagement.
Sangeeta is an avid reader and a keen observer of human behavior. She enjoys playing & following Badminton, Tennis and Cricket, has a passion for cooking, travelling and hydroponic farming. Guru heads the US Sales and is based out of Chicago. He is responsible for the overall business development, customer acquisition, customer engagement, customer growth and client services for GS Lab | GAVS growing list of clientele and stakeholders in the US. Guru has over 20 plus years of business leadership experience across industries and geographies. He joined GS Lab | GAVS from a cloud services startup, where he was the Managing Partner. Prior to that, he was the Vice President and part of the Leadership Team at iGate Corp and was responsible for multiple industry verticals. He is also experienced in marketing and has driven marketing for global companies like Coca-Cola and Asian Paints. He has expertise in engaging with global 2000 CXOs, building businesses through client engagement, building value based relationships and crafting solutions that addresses client business problems. He holds an engineering degree and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from IIM Bangalore, India. His interests include writing blogs on various technology and business issues. Guru is a passionate trekker and a runner and has participated in several marathons and trekked in various regions of the world.
Chandra heads the IMS practice at GS Lab | GAVS. He has around 25+ years of rich experience in IT Infrastructure Management, enterprise applications design & development and incubation of new products / services in various industries. He was with Genpact earlier, where he had served as CTO for about 7 years before becoming the leader of IP Creation. He had built a new virtual desktop service called LeanDeskSM for Genpact, from ‘concept’ to ‘commercialization’.
He has also created a patent for a mistake proofing application called ‘Advanced Command Interface”. He thinks ahead and his implementation of ‘disk based backup using SAN replication’ in one of his previous organizations as early as in 2005 is a proof of his visionary skills. Chandra is a graduate in Electronics and communication engineering.

Against everyone’s wish and prayer, he wrote why Tendulkar should stop at 99 centuries and not try 100. He has plenty of such short stories to write. He has reserved all of them for ‘post-retirement’ life. He loves cooking, housekeeping and helping his wife in the morning hours. He jokes his wife hates cricket as much as he loves it.
Shenoy is responsible for managing the financial reporting, business finance, financial governance and compliance functions at GS Lab | GAVS. He has over 20years of experience in various aspects of finance. His key strengths are strategic and financial planning, budgeting and internal control, cash flow monitoring, profit monitoring, and administration.
He holds an MBA in Finance and a Certification in General Management from IIM Ahmedabad. Prior to GS Lab | GAVS, he was with Computer Sciences Corporation India for almost 20 years, where he started as a Finance and Account Executive and progressed into various strategic roles including the Controllership of Finance in CSC, India.
Shenoy is a huge cricket fan and cricket keeps him busy during the weekends. He enjoys travelling when he finds the time, and partying with his friends.

Balaji has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, across application value management, infrastructure management, BPO and Strategic Operations handling, P&L, Delivery, Operations and customer relations across multiple verticals which includes Information Services, Retail & Hospitality, Media & Publishing, Manufacturing & Logistics, and Consumer goods. Balaji has played various roles across geographies viz., USA, Continental Europe, and Asia Pacific, through his previous stints at Patni Computers, L&T Infotech, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Virtusa Software Solution Limited.
Balaji’s enthusiasm, energy and client focus is a rare gift, and he plays a key role in bringing new clients into GS Lab | GAVS. Balaji heads the Delivery and passionately works on Customer delight. Sumit is the CEO of GS Lab | GAVS. He is also on the board of a few technology companies.
He has been in the Information Technology industry for the last 25+ years and is fascinated with the new trends in technologies in Predictive Analytics, AI, Automation, etc. and is promoting some of these competencies at GS Lab | GAVS. Sumit is a strong proponent of Culture in the corporate world, and believes, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast”. The leadership team at GS Lab | GAVS and Sumit would like to create a company of “Purpose” within GS Lab | GAVS and espouse the values of Respect, Integrity, Trust and Empathy through their business interactions.
He is an Award-Winning Author of a Book, ‘Success Breakthrough’, that he co-authored with Jack Canfield of the Chicken Soup of the Soul series and other authors. He recently (a couple of weeks ago) won the ‘ET NOW Business Leader of the Year (Technology), and he was selected by the Times Group as one the ‘Top 50 most promising leaders in Asia’.
In the past, he has been the Head of M&A, Consulting and Global Sales for a publicly-traded (NASDAQ) IT Services company and has been the CEO of a publicly listed company. He has pursued a JV with GE and has engaged with GE for over 15 years. He is an Electrical Engineer and has a PG in Management from IIM Kolkata and an Advanced Professional Certificate from Stern School of Management, NYU. He has done an OPM Executive Program at HBS. He has been an Adjunct Professor teaching Executive MBA and Part-time MBA students at Rutgers University, State University of New Jersey. He is one of the founding charter members of TiE NJ/Phily and has been a guest speaker at various industry forums, Universities and MBA schools.
Individually and through GS Lab | GAVS, Sumit has been involved in various community service activities, and actively pursues tennis, golf and gym activities.
