GAVS’ Customer Advisory Board (CAB) are senior leaders invited to work closely with GAVS to help front-end innovation, knowledge sharing, and help solve the myriad problems technology has brought into business along with its advantages. The Board convenes on a regular basis to discuss and advise on industry trends, help evolve business priorities and strategic direction.

The CAB serves as a platform for the Board Members to focus on strategic efforts and resources, provide guidance with product roadmap and how we can enhance functionality, get insights on what they like about the product and the features that can be added to enhance our offerings. We get insights into how our clients are actually using our products and how it is benefiting them in their business goals.

With our advisory members spending more time with us through CAB, it has enhanced our customer loyalty.

Bhavya drives the execution of a flexible, dynamic ecommerce and retail technology strategy to enable expansion into new markets, product lines and businesses. He is also responsible for developing and managing core technology infrastructure for Ashley.  Bhavya was an Assistant Vice President of Technology for four years with Fareportal, where he was instrumental in developing a 70-member core team, creating six software delivery channels and assisting the company in achieving 30% YOY growth.

Dom has 30+ years of experience in IT, business operations, order fulfillment, customer service, IT outsourcing and consulting. He has held leadership and senior positions with small, medium and large growth-oriented companies and has served as a consultant with global product and services companies. Dom has a successful history of being sought out to lead large business-critical initiatives, launch new initiatives, develop and deliver new products and services, improve inefficient operations and turn around struggling projects.

Sam Esfahani is a financial technology leader.  He currently works for AgFirst as the Chief Information Officer (CIO).  Sam comes to AgFirst from an engagement with Danske Bank in Copenhagen, Denmark, where he was a technology consultant. Prior to that, Sam was the CIO for PSCU, a St. Petersburg, Florida organization that provides technology and services to credit unions throughout the United States. Sam was the recipient of the Top 100 CIOs in 2015 by CIO magazine.  Sam’s experience also includes appointments as CIO for Equity Trust Company, and Senior Vice President of IT for Commercial Banking with KeyBank, both in Cleveland, Ohio. He also served as Managing Director for Global Enterprise System Management for JP Morgan Chase & Co. in New York City and Columbus, Ohio.  He served as Director of Application Development for TD Ameritrade as well as Director of Reengineering for First Data in Omaha, Nebraska. Sam earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from Napier University in Edinburg Scotland, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.  He also completed his Master of Science Degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. Sam makes his home in Columbia, South Carolina with his wife, Margaret, and their daughter Yasamin.  Their sons, Cyrus and Ari, are studying at FSU and AZU.

Mr. Madasu provides leadership, vision, direction, coordination and management for a broad range of technology areas, including information systems, telecommunications, clinical and health information management. During his career, he worked as the Director of Information Services for Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center, Project Specialist at New York United Hospital Center and Financial Analyst at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center.

Gary is a technology executive specializing in leading organizations that implement effective business process management, common services development, application development, and infrastructure.

Chandra has over 30 years of experience driving business and technology transformation.  His experience leading multi cultural workforces has led to the successful delivery of business transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients.  He is currently driving a digital transformation program at Sankara Nethralaya with a mission to deliver sustainable and affordable technology for the masses. The technology led solutions are driving improved engagement, enhancing efficiency and lowering costs with predictable outcomes.

Jim holds the responsibilities for technology infrastructure for BCBS of North Carolina.  Previously, he served as the Vice President, Infrastructure & Shared Services for NYU Langone Medical Center where he held end-to-end responsibility of infrastructure to support the growth of an integrated academic medical center.  Jim has held multiple leadership positions including roles at global companies such as Motorola, Cable & Wireless PLC, and DHL/DPWN. He has led multiple mergers and acquisition integrations, data center consolidations, and the building of state of the art global data centers in Prague Czech Republic, Cyberjaya Malaysia, and Scottsdale Arizona.

Imran is an accomplished, strategic and innovative IT leader who drives technology vision and strategy for multi-billion dollar global markets. In his current role, he has end-to-end global responsibility for worldwide infrastructure and operations. He provides leadership for the customer service organization, network and telecommunication organization,  and for 50+ automated manufacturing sites, and oversees the global cloud footprint and digital workplace.

Todd has spent the past 25+ years leading, designing, developing and delivering healthcare analytical and operational solutions that are meeting Premier’s goal of improving our members’ quality outcomes, while safely reducing costs. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Clemson University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte
