GAVS is grateful and honoured to have Industry Leaders as part of our Customer Advisory Board. It is truly humbling for us to have them involved with our innovation, knowledge sharing, and help solve the myriad problems technology has brought into the business along with its advantages.

The CAB serves as a platform for the Board Members to focus on strategic efforts and resources, provide guidance with the product roadmap and how we can enhance functionality, get insights on what they like about the product and the features that can be added to strengthen our offerings. Their inputs help us hone our IP and make it a true AIOPs platform that helps businesses focus better on their strategies while we take care of their enterprises and keep them free of outages. Our platform has been able to achieve significant cost reduction through the predictability brought in by Reinforcement Learning.

With our advisory members spending more time with us through CAB, it has enhanced our customer loyalty and we are grateful for their support and guidance.

The Board convenes on a regular basis to discuss and advise on industry trends, help evolve business priorities and strategic direction.

GAVS’ Customer Advisory Board is run by Council Vision, LLC.
