“In India, we have seen traction for the use of this technology in the last year, and our CIO survey reveals that India is adopting to the artificial intelligence (AI) much faster than rest of the world. RPA is also becoming an important consideration in new contracts, and providers are ready to integrate them with their solutions. However, some providers are reluctant due to multiple factors, including cannibalization of revenue and reluctance of end users to pay for investments in implementation of RPA…We have seen increased traction toward RPA in the last year, and many clients are now deploying RPA — and penetration has increased. Tier 1 and Tier 2 providers are able to respond to the requirements. We have also seen a large number of startups emerging in the region, and many of them are able to attract investments.
